My account is suspended, what can I do?

Your One Internet America account will suspended automatically by our automated billing system without any interaction of our staff 10 days after your bill became over due.

The simple way to un-suspend your account is by login into the customer portal and have your account current by making a payment online.

Calling One Internet America to un-suspend your account will generate a late fee of $25.00 for manual re-activation.

How automatic payment works?

Once your account is due (if you’ve selected an automatic payment method) One Internet America will attempt to request a payment from your bank within 24 hours.

If this attempt is declined, we’ll attempt to process the payments a few more times during the month. If your payment is declined, or we receive some other important notification from your bank about your payment, then an email will be sent notifying you of the problem.
